Does IPSY do student discounts? ›

We are not aware of IPSY offering Students community discounts.

How Does IPSY Work? It all starts with your Beauty Quiz, a quick questionnaire about your beauty preferences, skin tone, hair color, eye color, favorite brands, and more. Using your answers, we curate products that are unique to you and deliver a new assortment each month.

If you're unafraid to dive in and love to get the most bang for your buck, look no further than BoxyCharm. With five full-size, buzz-worthy products each month, you can express yourself without worrying about hitting pan on that colorful eyeshadow palette or everyday blush (because a replacement is on its way!).

Finally, we'll fill the rest of your bag with more envy-worthy products that compliment your Choice. If you're a BoxyCharm member, you'll get to choose three of your five full-size products each month.

To receive a student discount, you must be enrolled in a college or another institute of higher learning. And you usually need proof. A student ID card works in many cases. In others, a valid college email address is required to verify student status.

At IPSY, we understand the joy and excitement that birthdays bring, and we appreciate your interest in potential birthday bonuses or gifts. Currently, we don't have specific offerings for birthdays.

Good question. If you decide you actually don't love lipstick, or contouring just isn't for you, you can retake the Beauty Quiz to update your profile at any time. We'll do our best to personalize your future Glam Bags with your latest preferences.

And if you want to add a second subscription (IPSY offers two kinds, Glam Bag and BoxyCharm) or an upgrade (Icon Box, which can only be added to an active monthly subscription), just make sure to use the same email address so your products don't overlap.

The IPSY Glam Bag subscription service does not charge you to cancel your subscription. You can cancel your membership at any time without fees.

Even though Boxycharm is twice the monthly price as Birchbox and Ipsy, it doubles Ipsy's value and triples Birchbox's. Hopefully, Birchbox can take a little hint to use the money they're not using to include a full-size product or two.

Why does IPSY charge me twice a month? ›

If you've noticed a second charge, it's possible that it's a pending transaction, and it should typically drop off after a few business days. However, if both charges persist in your account beyond that period, don't hesitate to reach out to us for assistance.

Follow these simple steps to cancel your IPSY subscription

Go to “Account”, then “Edit account settings”. Select “Membership”, then “Manage Membership”. Choose “Help me stop my membership”. Click “Continue Cancellation”.

At IPSY, we celebrate brands that prioritize vegan and cruelty-free products. While many of our brand partners adhere to these principles, we can't guarantee that every product in your monthly shipments will always be vegan or cruelty-free due to the diverse range of featured items.

Delivery Timeline: Shipments leave our warehouse mid-month, reaching you approximately 15 business days post-shipment. Delivery times may vary each month due to batching, with orders arriving during the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th week. A tracking email ensures you can monitor your order's progress effortlessly.

The Hack: When reviewing the products in your IPSY bag, provide a rating based on the item type rather than the actual item itself. For example, if you love mascara but the mascara you received that month didn't quite work for you, still rate it as 'five stars. Pro tip: Be consistent with your ratings.
